This modern-mountain townhome is the perfect spot for your next ski or golf getaway. This luxury home is located just steps to the Frostwood Gondola at Park City’s Canyons Resort and is bordered by two fairways of the new Canyons golf course. Stepping inside, you’re greeted by over-sized windows and beautiful vaulted ceilings. Perched at the top of Fairway Lane, this home has access to unparalleled views of the surrounding valley. Designated ski and boot storage makes organizing your gear a breeze. The open-concept living/kitchen area provides lots of natural light and gorgeous picture windows provide unobstructed views of the golf course and beyond. The modern kitchen features stainless Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances and is outfitted with all of the tools to cook a delicious home-cooked meal. The living room provides ample seating for a fun game night or to stream the latest show on the flatscreen Smart TV. A gas fireplace keeps your toes warm after a day on the slopes. Off of the living room, there is a private balcony to enjoy the views or cookout on the propane grill. In the off-season, the lower level of the home opens up to a grassy yard area that is perfect for kids to enjoy.
Moving downstairs, there are three spacious bedrooms. The Primary Bedroom provides a cozy ambiance with the one-touch gas fireplace, Smart TV to stream all of your favorite series, and private access to the therapy jet hot tub. The beautiful en suite features a large spa soaking tub and double sink vanity and heated floors. The second bedroom has a comfortable queen bed and twin size day bed with an additional pull-out trundle twin bed, and Smart TV. The hot tub is accessible through a sliding glass door. The third bedroom features a queen over queen bunk bed and Smart TV. Both rooms have access to an adjacent full bathroom, featuring a stand up shower and heated floors.
This home provides all of the comforts of home and more to ensure a seamless and enjoyable vacation. Aromatherapy humidifiers, foam rollers, pack and play crib, Wolf Blender, Instant Pot, and Espresso machine are just some of the additional touches that take your stay at this home to the next level. While a car is not necessary, if you do happen to have one, a single-car garage adds extra convenience.
All guests have access to our 24/7 guest experience line, a dedicated hospitality manager, and hotel-grade amenities.
– Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
There is parking space for 2 cars in the attached garage, as well as additional parking in the driveway.
This home comes with a pack n’ play travel crib available. A high chair can be provided upon request with at least 24hrs advanced notice. Just ask and we are happy to accommodate you and your little ones! Toddler dishes are also available and can be found next to the microwave.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We’ve enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.
As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.
IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.
