Soft stone walls form the main buildings of the villa, blending seamlessly with the Greecian architecture and enhancing the rustic charm of the landscape. Upon entering the villa, guests are greeted by an inviting atmosphere on the ‘entrance level’. This level hosts the main communal living area and two bedrooms. The interior decor, predominantly white or beige, offers a calming contrast to the vibrant sun outside. Original features, such as bare floorboards on the ceiling, have been preserved and incorporated into the decor, adding to the villa’s character. A corridor connects the dining, kitchen, and lounge areas seamlessly.
The large living room, featuring cushioned sofas facing a fireplace and TV, opens onto a patio sheltered by a spacious pergola, complete with comfortable lounge chairs. A dining room with a table seating 12 guests is situated in the middle alcove, while a fully equipped kitchen completes the space.
The two bedrooms on this level boast king-size beds, ensuites, sea views, and balcony access. Carefully decorated to ensure a comfortable stay, each bedroom features additional seating areas, modern ensuites with walk-in showers, and amenities such as a 50-inch flat screen TV, hairdryer, safe box, and air conditioning.
Additionally, four guest houses with queen-size beds and kitchenettes are located outside the entrance level. One of these rooms offers access to a private infinity pool, designed for privacy and relaxation.
Adjacent to the villa, a separate building houses a modern gym equipped with treadmills, bicycles, weight machines, kettlebells, and yoga mats. Guests can also enjoy the in-house spa, featuring a massage table, steam room, cold barrel shower, and jacuzzi. Descending the staircase to the ground floor, guests will find nine bedrooms, all with ensuites and patio access.
