DETAILS & AMENITIES

Nestled on the hillside near the stunning Elia Beach, Villa Basileus offers serenity and beauty on the cosmopolitan party island of Mykonos, a Cycladic haven in the heart of the Aegean Sea. Just 10km from Mykonos town and 3km from the picturesque village of Ano Mera, home to the beautifully restored 16th-century Panagia Tourliani Monastery.

Despite Mykonos’ popularity with partygoers, the island boasts much more than its vibrant nightlife. It is a haven of natural beauty, adorned with sugar-cube white buildings complemented by vibrant blue accents, steeped in history and culture. Mykonos features picturesque windmills, boutique hotels, colorful flowers, and stunning beaches, including gay and nude-friendly options. Despite its reputation as one of Greece’s most exclusive and expensive destinations, Mykonos remains endlessly appealing.

Villa Basileus exudes elegance and style with its exceptional minimalist design, accommodating 7 guests across 4 bedrooms. The villa prides itself on its minimal environmental impact. Decorated predominantly in white, with a focus on texture and occasional stunning architectural elements, the villa is impeccably designed to showcase its picturesque views.

The ground floor features an exquisite open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area with terrace access, boasting fabulous furnishings, unique lighting fixtures, and a stunning kitchen. Large windows frame brilliant views of the sea and sky, contrasting vividly with the whitewashed walls. A stunning bathroom completes the ground floor.

On the lower level, a contemporary master bedroom with a king-size bed and beautiful en-suite bathroom awaits, along with two immaculate double rooms, one with a double bed and the other with twin beds. Additionally, there is a simple yet elegant single room without windows, ideal for staff or children. These sensational bedrooms share a delightful modern bathroom. The lower level also features a small kitchenette and a shaded playground for children up to 8 years old.

The terrace of Villa Basileus is truly spectacular, boasting an elegant swimming pool, sun loungers, trendy outdoor furniture under a canopy, and covered alfresco dining with an excellent barbecue. The combination of stark white walls, warm stone, and the vibrant blues and greens of the surrounding landscape creates a feast for the eyes.

Villa Basileus offers daily cleaning and linen change every two days, with additional services available upon request, including private chefs, dry cleaning, luxury transfers, nanny services, yacht rentals, and helicopter tours. A stay at Villa Basileus promises a holiday to remember.
