Stay in the middle of the action and Miami Beach hustle! Get ready for carefree days of sightseeing and beach strolling in the capital of Art Deco. The world renowned beach is a mere 3 minute walk across iconic Ocean Drive with nightlife, music and dining all right dowstairs. If you ever get tired of listening to the Atlantic surf hit the restaurants and bars downstairs or whip up an elaborate romantic dinner in the kitchen, which comes with all the necessary appliances and conveniences.

The Space:
Note- this property is located above bars and restaurants with a very vibrant scene on Ocean Drive. The area is not quiet, there is a lot of foot traffic and stairs to access the unit. Location is everything – Stay one block from the ocean and Collins avenue. The tastefully designed and spacious one bedroom apartment will make you feel right at home. The apartment features brand new flooring, a walk in closet, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable queen size bed and a large proper dining area. Keypad door for easy self entry and check out.

Please note that this apartment is located above restaurants with live music on Ocean Drive, there may be some sound that travels at times.

LOCATION: Located on the Ocean Drive strip with restaurants, bars and entertainment right downstairs and the ocean right across the street. Walk to Collins ave, Washington Ave and Lincoln Road for shopping and more dining options.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is any time after 4PM and check-out is any time before 11AM. An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about pricing a few days before check in for availability.

BEDROOM: Features a Queen bed and spacious walk in closet and dresser.

LIVING ROOM: Features a sofa with a queen size pull-out bed that can sleep 2 people. There is a dining room table with seating for 4 people. There is also a Smart TV.

BATHROOM: Features a shower.

KITCHEN: The kitchen is equipped with all you’d need to cook a meal in. There is a coffee machine as well as pots, pans and everything else you’d like in a kitchen for cooking. The kitchen opens to the living room with a nice island nook.

PACKAGE HANDLING POLICY: There is no Mailbox key access. However You can order packages to be left in the lobby as long as a mailbox key is not required. NOTE: There is no front desk or doorman. Package retrieval and lost packages are the guest’s responsibility.

PROVISIONS: We extend a welcome with various essentials for your convenience, such as an ironing set, complimentary WiFi, and Smart TVs catering to your favorite streaming platforms like Netflix. On display are toiletries, linens, and towels to enhance your comfort. However, we humbly point out that washcloths or kitchen towels do not form part of our linen service.

GUEST SCREENING: You may be required to follow a check in procedure for security and fraud prevention purposes that will verify your identity, payment method and booking prior to receiving your check in instructions. Once you pass the screening process your booking will be confirmed.

WHAT TO EXPECT: Aspiring to cultivate a wonderful stay we have anticipated your needs, stocking fresh linens, towels, essential toiletries, fundamental cooking utensils, and pantry basics (like olive oil, salt, etc.). EXTRAS: We offer concierge services to our guests. Wishing to rent a boat, engage a chef, or book a massage? Our concierge can arrange these and more upon your request. We would like to clarify that these local, third-party services are facilitated by the managing host and bear no connection with the property owner. The booking of any optional add-ons signifies the renter’s agreement to absolve the property owner of any claims related to these third-party activities. We are pleased to arrange housekeeping during your stay, upon request, and at your cost. We reserve the right to assess fines for excessive cleaning, trash removal, and property damage.

SAFETY: Our commitment to your wellbeing manifests in our adherence to all CDC cleaning and sanitation protocols. You can rest assured, as our dedicated team undertakes thorough disinfection measures in the unit. Surveillance cameras safeguard the property’s exterior.

OBSERVATIONS: We enforce a no-smoking policy on our premises, and we humbly request consideration for our neighbors by maintaining a low noise level post 10pm. Violation of house rules or noise complaints may result in a cancellation and no refund. Parties + Gatherings: due to local community rules and guidelines set by the owner, parties and gatherings with guests in excess of the maximum guest count are prohibited at this property.

CLIMATE AND BIODIVERSITY: Our property nestles within a region offering year-round tropical conditions. Do remember to apply sunscreen and stay hydrated amidst the occasional bouts of tropical warmth and humidity, as well as potential rainstorms. We celebrate the rich biodiversity here, inclusive of diverse flora, reptiles, bugs, and more. Despite our frequent inspections and monthly pest control, you might encounter these native “visitors”. We assure you of our ongoing efforts to regulate and control their presence.

Guest Access:
Full apartment will be at your disposal. Check in usually after 4pm and check out by 11am. Self check in and check out.

We are nearby and ready to help if there are any questions. We also offer full service concierge to our guests, should they need to book reservations, an in house massage, chef, boat or more.

Getting Around:
One block from Collins ave and the beach, there is also citi bike on the corner on Collins, and a bus stop across the street. There is a free trolley that stops there as well.
