Fun in the sun awaits you in this 2,027 square feet newly upgraded Vegas home featuring 3 bedrooms and 3 baths and located minutes from the excitement of the famous Las Vegas strip, super close to Downtown Las Vegas, close to the airport and surrounded by great restaurants, supermarkets and everything you need to feel right at home. A fully stocked kitchen with a fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker + Keurig, and so many other appliances opens up to the dining room and living rooms. The living room and kitchen open up to the patio and allowing for effortless indoor/outdoor living and entertaining. The patio has lounge chairs, BBQ, seated areas for sitting and eating. All of the bedrooms have brand new mattresses and high end luxury linens to ensure you get a great nights rest.

Please note: Included in the cleaning fee price is damage waiver coverage in place of a traditional damage deposit so you can have a carefree stay.

The whole check-in/check-out process is keyless so you can drive up at any hour, press a combination on the door lock and you’re in. We have two security cameras in the exterior of our house to help monitor packages and mail.
You will be provided with a combination code to unlock the front door.

Please note the check-in and check-out times. We can typically accommodate requests for early check-ins / late check-outs, but we can only confirm such requests 48 hours before the date requested. The reason is we potentially have other guests coming in or leaving the same day, and cleaners typically need around 5 hours.
