This 1-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo sleeps 6 with a king bed, a queen sleeper sofa, and a queen Murphy bed. Upgrades throughout the condo in Fall, 2020. It offers beautiful views from the private balcony. The extra bathroom is a great added convenience. Ideally located in River Run Village so you’re just steps away from shopping, restaurants, and local festivities. Plus, guests can walk to the high-speed gondola. The Springs offers shared amenities including a pool with a slide, a wading pool, an indoor play area, a Tesla EV charger, and two hot tubs.

The entryway has mounted hooks and a bench for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The living area features a new flat screen smart TV above the beautiful gas fireplace and new tile “wood look” flooring. There is a wireless DVD player and a small selection of DVDs for your enjoyment. The cozy furniture provides seating for everyone, as well as a new queen-sized sleeper sofa and chair. Additional sheets and blankets are in a closet. You will also find Murphy bed, with a new mattress, that can be pulled out from the wall at night for additional sleeping arrangements. Just off the living room is access to the private balcony that offers treed and mountain views. You can even see the hiking and biking trail that runs throughout the entire resort.

The full-sized kitchen has new granite countertops and is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home. The dining area comfortably seats five with a small table and breakfast bar. The first of two full bathrooms is just off the living area and offers a pedestal sink and a shower/tub combination. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

The master bedroom features a king-sized bed with a memory foam mattress. It has Ivory White Bedding, a flat screen TV and beautiful views. The en suite bathroom has a single sink vanity and a shower/tub combination. In the closet the owner has provided a Pack ’n Play for guest use.
