This spacious 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom townhouse sleeps 10 with one king bed, one queen bed, full-sized bunk beds, and twin-sized bunk beds. It offers beautiful mountain views from the spacious deck. Kitchen has granite countertops and there is private laundry. Ideally located near River Run Village so you’re just steps away from shopping, restaurants and local festivities. Plus, guests can walk to the high-speed gondola. Access to Red Hawk Lodge shared amenities including an outdoor pool and two hot tubs.
The entryway has two sets of mounted hooks and a bench for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. Head upstairs to the main living area that features a mounted flat screen TV next to a beautiful gas fireplace. Relax in the evening on the large sectional while you warm up in front of the fire. The deck can be accessed through the living area and offers mountain views. There’s also a gas grill for additional cooking options.
The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features granite countertops and black appliances. The dining area comfortably seats six. The first of three full bathrooms is located just off of the living area and has a pedestal sink and a shower/tub combination. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. There’s a private washer and dryer on this level near the stairs and laundry detergent has been provided for your convenience.
The first master suite is upstairs on the top level. It features a king-sized bed on Ivory White Bedding program and a mounted flat screen TV. The en suite bathroom has double sinks, a soaking tub, a walk-in shower and a door separates the toilet area for added privacy.
Back on the main level are two more bedrooms. The second master suite features a queen-sized bed on Ivory White Bedding program and has its own entrance to the private deck. The en suite bathroom has double sinks and a shower/tub combination. The guest bedroom has a twin-sized bunk bed and a full-sized bunk bed on our Ivory White Bedding program.
