- A non-refundable 40% deposit is required to confirm a booking at this property (or full payment if booking within 12 weeks of departure)

- There is a late arrival fee of €100 if you arrive after 8pm, paid locally.
- Events and parties at the property are strictly prohibited without prior approval from the owner.
- Guests are requested to drop off their rubbish in the containers provided before departure as Ibiza does not have a door to door rubbish collection service.
- In low and mid season, a fee may apply if consumption of heat and electricity is higher than average.
