Brand new spacious (4872 sqft) modern home with incredible views of the mountains & Los Angeles Valley. Furnished w/very high-end furnishings from LA, and features high ceilings, big windows, multiple decks, an office, a movie/family room, a hot tub, & an exercise room w/two Peleton bikes. No expense is spared here, from special lighting to top-of-the-line appliances, to create a truly luxurious experience. Full chef’s kitchen w/bar seating and two dining areas. Garage + driveway parks six.
The outdoor space has multiple seating areas that open up to glorious mountainside and valley views. This outdoor area starts in the living room and wraps around the house w/multiple seating areas on the deck, including a large outdoor sectional couch near the hot tub. We also have a front patio w/outdoor seating and a firepit. The fireplace in the photos is just for aesthetics and is off-limits/inoperable.
We have a movie/family room w/a large sectional, and next to this is a professional ping pong table.
The living area is all on the first floor, and most of the bedrooms are down one flight of stairs.
The exercise room upstairs has two Peleton bikes and a stretching–yoga area.
We have an office w/office desk.
