Aqua Paradise is a 4 bedroom/4 bathroom cabin located inside Parkside Resort, just 2.5 miles from the Parkway in Pigeon Forge at
traffic light #10. Aqua Paradise has 3 levels and is 3000 square feet (plus deck space). This cabin will sleep a total of 12 guests and has parking for
approximately 3 vehicles, with additional parking available in Parkside Resort. Reserve this beautiful cabin today and come splish splas at Aqua Paradise!
Main Level
Aqua Paradise has 4 steps up to the front door, where you will enter into the main level. There is also a ramp leading up to the main level. The main level
is handicap accessible and was designed with a wheelchair in mind. This level features an open air common space with the dining area, kitchen, and living
room. The dining table seats 8 comfortably, with additional seating for 3 at the breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully equipped with a side by side
refrigerator (with icemaker), a glass top stove, an oven, and a dishwasher. Other items provided in the kitchen are a coffee pot, a blender, a toaster, and
standard cooking and eating utensils to accommodate 12 guests.
Aqua Paradise’s living room is the center of attention on this level and the floor to ceiling windows let in plenty of natural light! The living room is
also where you will find the first of 2 sleeper sofas. Watch the big game on the large flat screen TV or snuggle up next to the natural gas fireplace,
regardless we know you will feel totally relaxed in Aqua Paradise.
The main level is also where you will find the first of four bedrooms and bathrooms. This master suite features a king size bed and a flat screen TV. The
bathroom, which can be accessed from the bedroom or the entry hall, features a walk in shower with a handicap seat.
The main level deck of Aqua Paradise is the perfect place to grill out and enjoy a pretty day! Here you will find the natural gas grill (standard grilling
utensils can be found in the kitchen) and plenty of rocking chairs.
Upper Level
When you get to the top of the stairs you will enter into a nice sitting area where you will find 2 person, sit down arcade game, a flat screen TV and the second sleeper sofa. The upper
level also features the two of four bedrooms and bathrooms as well as our favorite room – the private home movie theater!
One bedroom features a king size bed, a flat screen TV, and a private balcony with rocking chairs. This bedroom also has a private bathroom, accessible by
the bedroom only, which features a shower/tub combo.
The last bedroom also features a king size bed, a flat screen TV, and a private balcony with rocking chairs. This bedroom also has a private bathroom,
accessible by the bedroom only, which features a walk in shower.
The theater room features stadium seating for 8, a Blu-Ray player, Netflix, and surround sound. Choose a move from Netflix, come rent a movie from the
DVD
library located in the office, or watch your favorite show on the big screen…The theater is always a big hit!
Lower Level
Head down to the lower level of Aqua Paradise where you will find the last of four bedrooms and bathrooms and – of course – the private indoor pool!
The suite on this level features a king size bed and a flat screen TV. The bathroom, which can be accessed from the bedroom or the hallway, features a walk
in shower.
In the other room, you will find the private indoor pool! The in-ground heated pool has several safety precautions in place to avoid accidents with small
children, including a separate lock on the door to this room and a pool cover that requires a code. This room also features a pool table, flat screen TV,
and the washer and dryer.
Last, but certainly not least, is the hot tub and the fire pit which can be accessed from the basement level deck. The hot tub is the perfect place to wind
down after a day in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park while you enjoy the mountain serenity and a nice fire!

Gas fireplaces are turned off from May 1 to October 1. Fire pits are functional year round.

During inclement weather (especially in the winter months), Parkside Resort’s roads are maintained by our maintenance staff and should not be a big concern
to you and your group. Our roads are not steep and are widely paved.
Parkside Resort is motorcycle friendly, featuring flat, paved parking spaces suitable for motorcycles and trailers.
