Villa Marignana is a recently built and luxurious detached villa nestled in the hills of Camaiore, enveloped by a spacious garden adorned with olive trees, offering an array of services and amenities for a delightful stay. It boasts a dedicated fitness room, complete with exercise equipment and a bathroom. Outdoors, a heated swimming pool (4 × 14 × 1.60) with a whirlpool and walking massage feature takes center stage, strategically positioned to capture the scenic views. An outdoor kitchen with a pizza oven, stove, refrigerator, and sink enhances the experience, providing an ideal setting for al fresco dining.
The villa, spanning two levels, has been tastefully and elegantly renovated by the owners. Merely 100 meters from the property, marked hiking trails beckon exploration through the Camaiore area, allowing guests to immerse themselves in the natural surroundings. The sandy beaches of Versilia are conveniently reachable by car in approximately 15 minutes.
A recommended itinerary includes visits to the historic center of Camaiore, the art cities of Pisa and Lucca, and the town of Pietrasanta, celebrated for its art exhibitions and works of renowned international artists. It’s noteworthy that about 50 meters from the villa, there is a separate annex exclusively available to the owners, ensuring privacy for the villa’s guests.

Villa Marignana unfolds across two levels:
On the ground floor, a living room with a kitchenette, three bedrooms including a double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom boasting a four-person whirlpool bath with chromotherapy and aromatherapy, a twin bedroom, and another bathroom with a shower.
On the first floor, a living room with a separate kitchenette, one double bedroom, and one with two single beds, accompanied by two bathrooms, one featuring a whirlpool tub for two people. The outdoor veranda is furnished with a table, chairs, and sofas, complemented by a fitness room and sauna.
Rooms within the villa are equipped with air conditioning, LED TV, Wi-Fi, and a stereo system with piped music extending to the pool area.
