Independent portion of house with shared swimming pool in the Florentine countryside. A barbecue and swimming pool (50 sq m) are available for guests to share, as well as an outdoor area furnished with sun loungers and an outdoor dining area.

In the surroundings of San Casciano there are wonderful villas and castles, including Villa Bossi Pucci where Niccolò Machiavelli stayed during his exile. There are also numerous wineries and farms, and from these vineyards comes a quality wine, the Docg Chianti Colli Fiorentini. The house is located in a panoramic position and in a very quiet area from which you can easily reach areas of interest such as: Florence (44 min), Siena (58 min) and Pisa (1 hour).

The interior spaces are on the ground floor and are equipped with air conditioning and wifi internet.

They consist of a living room with a sofa bed, television and access to the garden.

A well-equipped kitchen with toaster, coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.

The sleeping area features a double bedroom with a single bed.

There is a bathroom with shower.
