The dining table has plenty of seating for 6 with 2 additional leaf’s to expand to 10. Just across from the dining table is a cozy sitting room that is perfect for that morning coffee or a comfortably place to nestle down and read a book. The main floor also includes a half bath that is shared with the laundry room which includes a high efficiency front load washer and dryer. The master suite is located just to the left of the living space and includes a queen size bed, flat panel tv and private bath that includes a standup shower, double vanity, and walk-in closet. As you head up to the third floor you will find two additional bedrooms and one full bath including a shower/tub combo. The bedroom to the left is equipped with a cozy king size bed while the bedroom to the right has a queen size bed with its own private balcony. The fourth bedroom is located on the bottom floor and has its own private entrance including a private bathroom with stand-up shower. It is equipped with a queen size bed, flat panel TV, and a mini-frig for those late night snacks. Has you head out to the lower level deck there is a large gas grill to handle all your BBQ needs and a small Paint/Yoga studio.
