Porch Paradise presents a classic Southern-style home with a stunning design, boasting almost 1,100 sqft of wrap-around porch to welcome you to your retreat!
Upon entering, guests are greeted by a warm and inviting foyer that provides access to the primary bedroom and the dining area. The large dining area, seating eight, is adjacent to the spacious, modern kitchen featuring Italian Tigerwood laminate cabinetry and slate counters. The fully stocked kitchen, complemented by eating areas on each end, is ideal for preparing all your meals. Opening to a light-filled family room with built-ins, comfortable seating options, and a large TV, the kitchen also offers access to the back deck, spanning the full length of the house.
The primary suite features a king bed, a small seating area, and an ensuite bath complete with a soaking tub, glass shower, and dual sinks.
Upstairs, the perfect bedroom level is tucked away from the vacation hustle and bustle, with four bedrooms. Three king bedrooms share a hall bathroom, and one has an ensuite bath. Additionally, there’s a bunk room with a set of twin bunk beds, perfect for a kids’ sleepover. The lower level is designated for fun and games, featuring a game room with a large, comfy sectional, big-screen TV, and a game table with pool, air hockey, and ping pong – all in one! A bar-height table is also provided for board games, cards, or meals off the grill.
Porch Paradise offers ample outdoor seating with two dining tables for six each, loungers by the pool, and various seating options on the wrap-around porch, fire pit, and pool area. The new pool is an ideal spot for daytime relaxation or a quick sunset swim, and don’t forget to pack for S’mores by the newly built-in fire pit!

Accidental Damage Protection:
A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation, covering accidental damage or loss to the rental property up to $2000. This plan excludes intentional acts, gross negligence, willful conduct, and damages caused by pets. Not applicable for reservations 28 days or longer or those requiring a security deposit.
This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
Occupancy limits and quiet hours (9 pm-8 am) are strictly enforced, with no speakers or sound systems provided. Violation of noise ordinances may result in fines of up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties require prior written approval and an additional fee. Unauthorized events will be shut down, and fines will be assessed. Inquire for more information on event policies and fees.
