Upon arriving at Oasis, you are welcomed by a stunning custom front door adorned with extensive glasswork. Stepping inside, the open-concept design unveils new gray hardwood floors in the living, dining, and kitchen areas, complementing the professionally decorated house.

The chef’s kitchen boasts a new, larger island with seating for four, along with new appliances, including a gas stove. Recently added features include a bar with a wine cooler and ice maker, creating an ideal coffee bar adjacent to the refrigerator. The spacious eat-in area accommodates a table for six with fantastic views of the pool and lake. The kitchen is fully equipped for your culinary endeavors and entertaining needs, whether it’s whipping up a quick meal or hosting a family dinner.
Just steps away from the kitchen is the open-concept living room with large windows providing breathtaking views of the pool, dock, and newly installed beach. Relax on the new comfortable couches while enjoying games and movies on the expansive 72" TV. Adjacent to the living room is the formal dining area, complete with a large table accommodating ten guests.
The main level features three bedrooms, two full baths, a half bath, and a laundry room. The master bedroom, furnished with a king bed, boasts a newly configured en suite bath with a spacious, tiled, walk-in shower featuring a rain shower head and a separate sauna for invigorating solitude. The remaining two bedrooms share a hall bath, with one furnished with a queen bed and the other with two twins, providing flexibility to create a king bed in the twin bedroom.
An additional upper level has been added, featuring a spacious open room with three queen beds, a seating area, and a full bath. This space will undoubtedly be a coveted spot for teens and young adults to enjoy their own private area.
The lower level is designed for entertainment, featuring a full kitchen with all new appliances and a small desk space. A sitting area with a couch, two comfy chairs, and a large 72" TV is perfect for the kids to enjoy Netflix or gaming. Additionally, the lower level offers two bedrooms and a full and half bath, including a queen bedroom and a bunk room with two twin-over-full beds for the kids to have their own space.
The garage has been recently converted into a game room, featuring a ping pong table, a love seat, and a full-size refrigerator.
The outdoor area is the highlight of this Oasis, with limitless options and ample seating for everyone. Newly installed 3’ pavers lead guests from the house to various options in the backyard.
The first stop is the newly installed 15’ beach at the water’s edge. Beyond the beach, guests can choose between the pool, hot tub, kitchen, and seating area, or the dock for lakeside fun. The pool features four swim-up stools, and the river rock bar has seating for four to enjoy the pool and lake views. The kitchen area, equipped with a grill, stove, fridge, and dishwasher, offers a place to prepare meals while a large industrial-sized fan keeps everyone cool. Alternatively, guests can turn on the propane fire pit and enjoy the sunset on the sectional and loungers. The kitchen area is also a great spot for games like cornhole or life-sized Connect Four, with a large TV overlooking the lake.
Let’s not forget that Oasis is a lake house, so head down to the large, multi-level dock. Conveniently located on the dock are various lake toys, including a kayak, a paddleboard, and an assortment of life jackets. The dock also features catamaran netting for lakeside lounging or a quick nap. Please note that the outdoor fireplace is not working at this time, but the newly built fire pit is perfect for s’mores and planning the next day’s adventures.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan is included in the reservation price, covering accidental damage or loss up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts, gross negligence, willful conduct, or damages caused by pets. Not available for reservations 28 days or longer or those requiring a security deposit.
Parking Details: Maximum of 7 cars allowed onsite. No parking on the grass or street.
Kindly note that the screen porch fireplace is not available for guest use, and pets are not allowed in this home.
For boat rentals, please contact us at least 24 hours before your stay. If you bring your own boat, note that there is no lift, and the house is located on a busy channel.
