Upon entering Knotty Pines, you’ll find a unique spiral staircase in the foyer, accompanied by an elegant chandelier. The open-concept design offers a wall of windows flooding the home with natural light and providing stunning views of the lake. This layout seamlessly connects the living room, dining room, and kitchen areas.
The formal dining room, just off the foyer, accommodates eight guests. The spacious living room, furnished with large sectional and ample chairs, is perfect for gathering to enjoy the lake views and entertainment on the TV.
Connected to the living room is the kitchen, featuring a table for six and four barstools at the counter. The fully equipped kitchen boasts new appliances and everything needed to prepare a fantastic meal. The main level, with its brand-new flooring and paint, includes the primary bedroom with an en suite bath featuring dual vanities, a soaking tub, and a separate shower.
The upper level has been entirely renovated, offering four stylish and cozy bedrooms. At the top of the stairs, a queen bedroom with French doors showcases new furniture and bedding, providing spectacular views of the lake. On one side, two bedrooms share a jack and jill bathroom: one designed as a bunk room with twin over full bunk beds, beanbags, a TV, and a child-size Tee Pee; the other holds a comfortable king bed. The other side of the upstairs hosts a beautifully decorated large king ensuite bedroom.
The basement has been transformed into a convenient family space. It features a full kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator, disposal, microwave, and stove. Adjacent to the kitchen is a spacious living room with a large sectional, TV, and Ping Pong table. Two bedrooms on this level offer a variety of bedding options: one with two queen beds and another with a King Suite.
Knotty Pines ensures easy access to the lake with a pontoon available for rent. Belle Pines offers numerous activities and amenities for a perfect experience.

Accidental Damage Protection:
A non-refundable plan is included to cover accidental damage or loss up to $2000. Intentional damage, gross negligence, and pet-related damages are not covered. Not applicable for long stays or those requiring a security deposit.
We enforce occupancy limits and quiet hours (9 pm-8 am) as part of being good neighbors. No sound systems will be provided. Violations can result in fines for noise ordinances.
Events/parties need written approval and may incur additional fees. Unauthorized events will be shut down, and fines may apply.
Guest safety is a priority. We’ve enhanced cleaning protocols between reservations. Though we advise vendors to follow safety protocols, we cannot always enforce this.
IDs will be required for verification post-booking. Stays over 28 days require a security deposit. Credit card fraud is reported and prosecuted.
