The Space:
Welcome to our charming 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom home in Davidson, NC, just a short walk from the vibrant downtown area. This thoughtfully designed and conveniently located house is the perfect retreat for travelers seeking a comfortable and memorable stay in this historic college town.
As you walk through the front door, you’ll be greeted by the warm and inviting living room, with a cozy fireplace and comfortable seating for relaxing after a long day of exploring. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your favorite meals, and the dining room can comfortably seat up to six guests.
Upstairs, you’ll find three spacious bedrooms, the master bedroom has its own private bathroom. The master bedroom features a king-size bed and lush backyard views. The other two bedrooms, one has a queen-size bed, and the other has two twins.
The backyard is a true oasis, providing a serene and private outdoor space for you to enjoy. Step outside and take in the fresh air as you sip your morning coffee or unwind in the evening. The screened-in patio is perfect for enjoying the outdoors without the bugs, and there’s also a comfortable seating area.

Guest Access:
During your stay, you will have access to the entire house, allowing you to make yourself at home and enjoy all the amenities we provide. This includes the cozy living space, fully equipped kitchen, and all three beautifully furnished bedrooms with their respective bathrooms.
However, please note that there are two areas that are off-limits to guests for safety and operational purposes. The first is the maintenance closet located outside the house. This area is reserved for authorized personnel only and contains equipment and supplies related to the maintenance and upkeep of the property.
The second area is the housekeeping closet, which is situated inside the house. This closet is used exclusively by our housekeeping staff to store cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the property.
