This 6500 square foot cabin comprises 6 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms, accommodating up to 22 guests. Set on a 2-acre property, it features pathways leading to the water and a private dock. The Lodge shares a newly added communal pool with Azalea Retreat – The Cottage, with designated lounging areas for each house.
Entering the lakeside log cabin, you’re welcomed by a full wood foyer, wood beam ceilings, Italian tile-lined walls, and astounding lake views. The open-concept living includes a 2-story living room, kitchen, and dining area. Furnished with large leather sofas and a 2-story custom stone wood fireplace, this area offers comfort and relaxation.
The kitchen boasts new appliances, a large granite island, bar seating, and a spacious dining table for 10, complemented by a charming antler chandelier. The kitchen’s custom-etched glass window adds a unique touch while flooding the space with natural light. It’s fully equipped for any occasion, from large holiday meals to family gatherings.
The main level hosts a Master Bedroom with an En suite bath, featuring a private 2-story fireplace, sliding glass doors to the deck, and serene lake views. The custom closet provides ample space for relaxation.
The log staircase leads to the second-story loft/seating area, perfect for escaping with a good book. The second floor houses two bedrooms with queen beds and a shared full bathroom, with stunning views of Lake Norman’s sunsets from the landing.
The lower level is a family’s paradise with three bedrooms, three full bathrooms, and an impressive game room featuring skeeball, shuffleboard, a custom stone fireplace, and an Xbox-equipped TV area. The lower level master boasts a king and queen bed, its fireplace, and a renovated en suite bathroom. The lakeside bedroom features built-in full-over twin bunks and a seating area with a pull-out sofa, perfect for a kids’ sleepover. Another sleeping area includes 2 queen beds with an attached full bath.
Outdoor spaces offer Adirondack chairs, a large stone fireplace for S’mores nights, and an in-ground pool nestled between Azalea Retreat – The Cottage and The Lodge. A shared pickleball court adds to the recreational options.
