This newly built lake house, situated directly on Lake Norman, features an innovative layout with bedrooms on the lower level and all living spaces upstairs, providing stunning views of the lake.
The house offers four en-suite bedrooms, each with a queen bed. Barn-style sliding doors ensure privacy for the shared bathrooms. Every bedroom includes a private patio with Adirondack chairs, perfect for enjoying a peaceful moment.
A children’s bunk room on the lower level accommodates four individuals with two sets of twin-sized bunk beds. A hall bathroom serves the bunk room, catering to the kids’ comfort.
The Cottage, known as Azalea Retreat, showcases an expansive living room, dining area, and kitchen, ideal for gatherings. The living room features a 65" TV, two comfortable blue leather sofas, two chairs, and a bench seating 10 people.
The dining area also accommodates 10 individuals, while the family-oriented kitchen boasts a large granite island with seating for six, high-quality appliances, and ample cookware, including a Keurig and drip coffee maker. A spacious walk-in pantry conveniently stores all food and drinks.
A screened-in porch off the living room provides a picturesque view of Lake Norman and the inviting pool, a highlight of the property.
The Cottage boasts well-maintained landscaping, a shared pickleball court with The Lodge, and various outdoor relaxation spots. A stone path leads to a private dock with kayaks, a paddleboard, and life jackets available for guests. Additionally, a pontoon is available for rental. A large outdoor stone fire pit adds warmth to evenings spent by the lake. Between The Cottage and The Lodge lies an in-ground pool surrounded by charming stonework, each property having private access to the pool deck.

For safety, we maintain no-smoking policies, occupancy limits, and quiet hours (9 pm-8 am). No sound systems are provided; noise ordinance violations may result in fines of up to $10,000.
Events or parties require written approval and may incur fees. Unauthorized events will be stopped, and fines imposed. Our rigorous cleaning protocols prioritize guest safety, but vendor compliance with safety guidelines may vary.
Verification of IDs is mandatory post-booking, and bookings exceeding 28 days entail a security deposit. Credit card fraud is reported and prosecuted.
