Property is within Waterville estate which is 10-15 minutes from I-93 exit. The home is uphill on a paved road. WE have a flat gravel driveway and also a graveled patch at the top of the road to park 6-7 cars. 20 min to ski Waterville, 35 to Loon or Cannon. Easy spot for fun and relaxing year-round!
