Seat up to six guests in the more formal dining area or three can enjoy a snack at the kitchen breakfast bar. The master bedroom is located in the back of the house with sweeping views of Anna Maria Sound. This bedroom has a king-size bed as well as a 55 in Smart TV and onsuite bathroom. Bedrooms 2 and 3 are located in the front of the unit. Bedroom 2 has a King-size bed and a 55 in Smart TV as well as an attached en-suite bathroom, bedroom 3 has a set of bunk beds as well as a pull-out trundle bed and a Bean Bag Chair that converts to a full-size sleeper for additional sleeping. The unit will sleep up to 8 comfortably. An additional Shared Bathroom is located outside of this bedroom.Long-Term Amenities: Guests who stay for a month or longer can enjoy additional amenities of Harbour Isle. These include the waterfront Beach Club with private pool and beach, fully equipped fitness center, sky bar and restaurant, yoga lawn, and kayak launch. There is an exercise trail for morning jogs or leisurely sunset strolls along quiet waters and lush landscaping throughout the community.This unit does have a washer and dryer for use inside the unit.Small Dogs are allowed for an additional fee.Damage Waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee (“Management”), plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”).The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $1,500 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
