This rental will give you easy access to everything Big Bear has to offer but take you away from the hustle and bustle. The cozy wood-burning fireplace in the main living area which opens up to the gourmet kitchen and dining area is the heart of the home. A bedroom with bunkbeds connects to a full bathroom which is also accessible from the main area. Upstairs the grand Primary Bedroom offers a gas fireplace and a very spacious en-suite bathroom with a separate shower and tub. A bedroom with a queen-sized bed, a bunk bedroom, as well as another full bathroom complete the sleeping arrangement. Every bedroom has access to its own balcony or deck. A generous landing on the top floor with a foosball table and sofas as well as a pool table/hockey combo in the main living area ensures you have plenty of options for entertainment.
Only about 100 miles northeast of Los Angeles, Big Bear Lake is a beautiful and convenient break from the hustle and bustle of the city. This nature lover’s paradise provides endless year-round activities. In the winter, Big Bear Lake offers skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, and tubing. In the summer, visitors love to play water sports, horseback rides, golf, hike, and mountain bike. Head to Big Bear when you need a healthy dose of fresh air, exercise, and rejuvenation.

- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at this home.
- Use of outdoor spas and other outdoor activities are prohibited from 10 pm – 7 am.
​​​​​​​- No amplified sound is permitted outside at any time. Indoor sound cannot be loud enough to be audible at the property line.
- Winter weather warning- From November through March, all vehicles are required to carry chains in their vehicle.
- This home can accommodate a maximum of 16 people.
- This home does not have AC.
- Guests are responsible for disposing trash at local dumpsite in accordance with City of Big Bear policy.

Live check-ins are required for all our Big Bear homes and you will be asked to sign a Big Bear Good Neighbor Policy prior to your stay. Upon arrival at Big Bear, our staff will meet you at our local office and provide your check-in details. We do not accept check-ins after 7pm.
This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We’ve enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.
As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.
IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.
