Nestled in the residential community of Butler Mews, Village Villa hosts 6 guests and has amazing water views. After a fun filled day at the beach or a stroll in the Village you will find peace and relaxation at our Villa. Relax on the covered veranda overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway towards Jekyll Island with magnificent sunset views towards the Sidney Lanier Bridge.
THE SPACE
Through the leaded glass door, you enter into the foyer with a small writing desk. Up three steps you will be in the formal dining room open to the family room with a half bath. From the living space is a wall of glass doors leading to the covered veranda. The views are amazing! Family room has a 43"TV and internet is available.
Located off the family/dining rooms is a gourmet kitchen with gas range oven, French Door refrigerator, dishwasher and separate ice maker at dry bar area. Towards the back of the kitchen is a full-size laundry room with washer/dryer for your use. Our kitchen is fully equipped for dining in. We have provided a Flex Brew 12-cup drip and single serve Coffee pot.
Upstairs:
Primary with King size bed, 42" TV, sitting area and open lanai to more amazing Ocean Views. The en-suite bath has double vanity vessel sinks, walk in closet and shower.
Guest bedroom to the front of the home has a Queen size bed, 32" TV, en-suite bath, single sink and combo tub/shower
Guest bedroom at the end of the hall, Full size bed, 24" TV, en-suite bath, single vessel sink and combo tub/shower
Whether a romantic getaway or a family gathering, Village Villa is an excellent choice located at 102 Strachan Lane. Occupancy maximums will be enforced and events may not be hosted at this location.

Located on the south end of the Island, St. Simons Pier Village district serves as the downtown social hub and is a popular destination for shopping, dining and gathering on the pier and nearby lighthouse, playground and picnic areas. Overlooking the ocean and Jekyll Island across the way, you’ll find the St. Simons Lighthouse and Museum, Neptune Park with its ocean side pool and facilities, playground, miniature golf course, and an oak shaded picnic area, fishing pier, public library and theater.

Pets: This is not a pet friendly home.
No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the home, on the porches/patios/decks, or on the property in general.
Minimum Age: Must be 25 + to book, or age 30 + on GAFL weekend (last weekend in October) For GAFL weekend(last weekend in October), guests must be age 30 + or kids with their parents, no student groups.We cannot make exceptions for that weekend.
No Events: No events or parties. No overnight guests beyond the original booking group.
Booking Policy: Unfortunately we can’t host reservations that create 1-2 night gaps.
