Occupancy includes two additional guests beyond the bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and extra linens are available upon request.
Maximum of 2 pets allowed. Pets must be approved in advance and are subject to an additional fee of $150 per pet. Undisclosed pets will incur a $500 fine per pet.
Parking:
Parking is available for one vehicle in the driveway and one vehicle in the garage.
Accidental Damage Protection:
A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan is included in the price of your reservation. This plan covers up to $2,000 for accidental damage or loss to the rental property caused by you or others in your party. It does not cover intentional acts, gross negligence, or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for stays longer than 28 days or for reservations requiring a security deposit.
Property Policies:
This is a smoke-free property. A $300 smoking fee will be charged for violations, along with liability for any fire or property damage costs.
Occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided. Violations of noise ordinances may incur fines up to $10,000.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Unauthorized events or parties will be shut down, and fines will be assessed.
Health and Safety:
We have enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols, taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade solutions.
Additional Information:
We work with third-party vendors to maintain the property and adhere to the strictest safety protocols. If a vendor fails to meet these standards, we strongly advise guests to deny access.
IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All reservations over 28 days require a security deposit.
