Accidental Damage Protection:
A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan is included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible for accidental damage or loss to the rental property caused by you or others in your party, up to $2,000. This plan does not cover intentional acts, gross negligence, or willful misconduct. It is not available for reservations of 28 days or longer or reservations requiring a security deposit.
Policies:
This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
Occupancy limits and quiet hours (9 PM–8 AM) are strictly enforced to ensure good neighbor relations. No speakers or sound systems are provided for use in our properties. Violation of noise ordinances may result in fines of up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Unauthorized events will be shut down, and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for event policies and details.
Health and Safety:
Your health, safety, and experience are our top priorities. We’ve enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and take extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations using hospital-grade solutions.
As a reminder, we work with third-party vendors to maintain the property. Although we adhere to strict CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE, we cannot always enforce compliance. We strongly encourage guests to deny access if vendors fail to meet these standards.
IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit.
