This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests allowed. Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms, including the master bedroom with a King size bed and an en suite bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub. A private balcony, off the master suite, is perfect for relaxing with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine while taking in the magnificent sites. The second bedroom has a modern Queen size water bed and a twin size bed as well. The third bedroom has a full size bed and a twin size bed. There is a guest bathroom located conveniently to the second and third bedroom. All bedrooms have a lake view. The charming cottage next door is a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom with all 3 queen beds located in the upstairs loft. The cozy kitchen and living room offer a nice spot to relax, and the bathroom is located conveniently downstairs.This rental is perfect for groups that are wanting to get away from the rowdy crowds as it is in a residential area. You can relax at the lake while still being close to great tubing excursions and other area attractions! This home can accommodate 16-20 guests. There are beds for 16 guests, however you are welcome to bring air mattresses for 4 additional guests max.
