Other Things to Note:
As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home, or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in an odor removal fee ranging from $500 to $1000, in addition to possible removal from the property. Unauthorized pets are considered a breach of the rental agreement. Any pet-related damages or cleaning expenses will be charged as an additional fee, along with a one-time $150 fee for reservations.
