The residence offers four well-appointed bedrooms, including a master suite on the second floor, each with bathrooms equipped with radiant heated floors for added luxury. The fifth bedroom has been converted into a gym. The rooftop terrace is designed for entertainment, featuring an outdoor dining area, a separate seating space, and an outdoor TV, all set against the backdrop of the city.
