The spacious living area, with its cozy fireplace and ample seating, is perfect for gathering with all of your friends and family. The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, a large island that seats 5, and modern appliances, ready for any culinary creation. Enjoy meals at either of the two dining areas, offering plenty of room for everyone to come together.
Downstairs, the fun begins! The movie and game room is a haven for entertainment – it features an 86” screen, theater-style seating, and bar counter. Challenge your friends to a game on the multi-function table, offering both pool and ping pong. When you’re ready to unwind, step out to the deck for a relaxing dip in the hot tub accompanied by the scenic mountain views.
When it’s time to turn in, you’ll find a restful retreat for everyone. Eight bedrooms are outfitted with luxurious king beds, while the ninth bedroom is a playful bunk room perfect for kids, complete with a chalkboard wall and an arcade game. Each room includes its own TV for added comfort. There are also two queen sleeper sofas, providing additional space for guests to rest.
