Please note that if you wish to come into the office to check-in, only ONE guest is allowed in the lobby at any given time. – COOKING/DINING: Most restaurants in Summit County are currently open for business at 50% capacity. Take-Out is available from most Summit County restaurants. Otherwise cooking at home is a great option, all kitchen items in each unit are disinfected prior to each arrival. – SHARED OR COMMUNITY POOLS / HOT TUBS / CLUB HOUSES: As of July 24, 2020, shared workout facilities, community pools, community hot tubs remain closed due to COVID-19. Nightly rates have been adjusted due to these temporary public health restrictions of amenities. (This includes the Copper Mountain Athletic Club). – SUMMIT COUNTY FIRE RESTRICTIONS: Stage 1 fire restrictions, and Summit Countys year-round fire regulations, prohibit building, maintaining, attending or using an open fire. An open fire is defined as any outdoor fire, including but not limited to campfires, warming fires, bonfires or prescribed burns of any material.— Pet-Friendly Town home— Detached 1-Car Garage— Short Walk to Super Bee— Deck With Mountain View— There is an additional pet fee to bring your dog.Located in the East Village on the Copper Creek Golf Course with beautiful views of the Ten Mile Range. It is a short walk to the Super Bee high-speed 6-person chairlift which takes you 2000 vertical feet up to the top of the mountain. Be skiing or riding Colorado powder in minutes.The main, ground level, has the living room with queen size sleeper sofa, a gas fireplace, flat screen TV, and a fully stocked kitchen. Enjoy the views from the back deck! There is a full bath on the main level.The guest bedroom with a queen bed, is located on the main level.The third bedroom is also on the main level and has a set of bunk beds with a full on the bottom and twin on the top.The second level has the master bedroom with a king bed and en suite bathroom. There is a stack-able washer and dryer in the bathroom.There is a one car detached garage and parking for one additional vehicle. Overflow parking available in the North Alpine Parking Lot. All parking is free.The Super Bee chairlift accesses intermediate and advanced terrain. To access West Village and beginner terrain, take advantage of the free ""Copper Coach"" shuttle service. The Copper Coach will pick you up from the town home and can take you anywhere in Copper Mountain, just give them a call. Another option is to walk to the bus stop in front of Copper Station, 5 minute walk. The bus comes by every 5-10 minutes during the ski season and take you to either Center or West Village.There is an additional pet fee to bring your dog.Early Season Information: The Super Bee chairlift is used for Olympic training in November and early December. Public assess to this lift is dependent on snow conditions, which can vary early season. Typically public access begins around Thanksgiving, but could be as late as the 3rd week of December. Snow conditions and information about which lifts are currently open can be found by going to the Copper Mountain website.There is no A/C in any of our properties. Temperatures rarely crest 75 degrees and always cool off dramatically once the sun sets. Extras: Wi-Fi is included with your stay. FREE access to the Copper Mountain Athletic Club (located in the Center Village) is available to guests booking directly with Copper.
