Please note that if you wish to come into the office to check-in, only ONE guest is allowed in the lobby at any given time. – COOKING/DINING: Most restaurants in Summit County are currently open for business at 50% capacity. Take-Out is available from most Summit County restaurants. Otherwise cooking at home is a great option, all kitchen items in each unit are disinfected prior to each arrival. – SHARED OR COMMUNITY POOLS / HOT TUBS / CLUB HOUSES: As of July 24, 2020, shared workout facilities, community pools, community hot tubs remain closed due to COVID-19. Nightly rates have been adjusted due to these temporary public health restrictions of amenities. (This includes the Copper Mountain Athletic Club). – SUMMIT COUNTY FIRE RESTRICTIONS: Stage 1 fire restrictions, and Summit Countys year-round fire regulations, prohibit building, maintaining, attending or using an open fire. An open fire is defined as any outdoor fire, including but not limited to campfires, warming fires, bonfires or prescribed burns of any material.— Pet Friendly— On the Golf Course— Short Walk to Super Bee— Detached 1-GarageFeels like home in this lovely 3-bedroom town home in the East Village of Copper Mountain. Take the groomed path along the tubing hill to the Super Bee chairlift and be skiing or riding in minutes.The main level (ground level) has a large kitchen, breakfast bar, and dining area. There is a large great room with a gas fireplace. Enjoy the view of the 10 Mile Mountain Range from the back deck!The master bedroom is on the second floor and features a king bed and en suite bathroom.The guest bedroom is on the main level and has a queen bed.The third bedroom is also on the main level and has 2 sets of bunk beds. One set has 2 twin size beds and the other set has a full on the bottom and twin on the top.There is a full bath on the main level.There is a one car, detached garage and parking for one additional vehicle. Overflow parking available in the North Alpine Parking Lot. All parking is free.The Super Bee chairlift accesses intermediate and advanced terrain. To access West Village and beginner terrain, take advantage of the free “Copper Coach” shuttle service. The Copper Coach will pick you up from the town home and can take you anywhere in Copper Mountain, just give them a call. Another option is to walk to the bus stop in front of Copper Station. The bus comes by every 5-10 minutes during the ski season and take you to either Center or West Village.There is an additional pet fee to bring your dog.Early Season Information: The Super Bee chairlift is used for Olympic training in November and early December. Public assess to this lift is dependent on snow conditions, which can vary early season. Typically public access begins around Thanksgiving, but could be as late as the 3rd week of December. Snow conditions and information about which lifts are currently open can be found by going to the Copper Mountain website.There is no A/C in any of our properties. Temperatures rarely crest 75 degrees and always cool off dramatically once the sun sets. Extras: Wi-Fi is included with your stay. FREE access to the Copper Mountain Athletic Club (located in the Center Village) is available to guests booking directly with Copper.
