They each have separate entrances as well as separate private yards/decks. This 2nd story rental home sits 4 feet above the 1st floor house, which creates a soundproof barrier. There are multiple windows, large sliding doors and skylights, making for an incredibly airy feeling. The open space with a custom island/dining table is great for entertaining, connecting you to multiple decks with stereo speakers, picnic bench and barbecue for your outdoor dining pleasure. There is an extra-large roof top deck with endless views and outdoor furnishings, as well as a fire pit. Small gatherings may be OK with prior permission from the owner and all guest must be considerate of the neighbors.Check-in time is at 5pm and no later than 9pm. Check-out time is at 10am. Unfortunately we cannot accommodate late check-outs.
