If you require a baby cot and high chair, please inform us in advance (with a 72-hour notice) and subject to availability, we will be happy to provide them.
Please note, however, that we do not provide baby linen.
Check-In and Check-Out:
Check-in time is from 2:00 PM.
For early arrivals or late departures, availability will be confirmed 24 hours in advance with applicable fees.
Additional Fees:
Unauthorized late check-out: €90.
Cigarette odor after the stay: €450.
Additional key: This service is exclusively reserved for stays of 15 days or more.
Lost keys? If left in the door or inside the apartment, fees ranging from €100 to €500 apply, depending on the type of key or lock.

Please be aware of construction work inside the building, for which we cannot assume responsibility.
Please note that the minimum age for making a reservation is 23 years old. Individuals under 23 years old will only be allowed to enter in the presence of an adult of the required age, otherwise, they will not be permitted to stay in the property and no refund request will be accepted if this rule is not adhered to.
