Bed linens and towels are provided for your ultimate comfort and maximum convenience throughout your stay.
Professional cleaning services will be provided upon your arrival and departure, ensuring the apartment is immaculate for your enjoyment.
Family Services:
Upon advance request (with a 72-hour notice) and subject to availability, we can provide a baby cot and high chair. Please note that baby linens are not provided.
Check-in and Check-out:
Check-in time is from 14:00 onwards.
Check-out time is no later than 10:00.
For early arrivals or late departures, availability will be confirmed 24 hours in advance with applicable fees.
Additional Fees:
Unauthorized late check-out: €90.
Cigarette odor after stay: €450.
Additional key: available only for stays of 15 days or more.
Lost keys: fees ranging from €100 to €500 will apply if keys are left in the door or inside the apartment, depending on the type of key or lock.
Responsibilities and Guidelines:
Do not leave keys in the door or inside.
Respect neighbors’ tranquility. Loud noises may result in deductions from the deposit.
Be aware of construction work inside the building, for which we cannot assume responsibility.
IMPORTANT: The minimum age for booking is 23 years old. Individuals under 23 years old will only be allowed entry in the presence of an adult meeting the age requirement; otherwise, they will not be permitted to stay in the property, and no refund requests will be accepted if this rule is not followed.
