Features & Amenities

-Pool Heat: Optional and available by request at least 24 hours in advance. Note that the cost of heating is $100 per night.
-For stays under 7 nights, pool heat must be purchased for the full stay. A 24-hour notice is required to ensure warm -water on arrival.
-Hot Tub: Heated on demand via remote—no extra charge, regardless of pool heat selection.
-Guest Access: The entire home and all outdoor spaces are yours to enjoy privately.
Additional Policies & Rules:
-Prior to your arrival, there is one administrative requirement that needs to be handled. The City of Palm Springs requires a copy of your Driver’s License, the signed form below, and the License Plate of the vehicle you will have (if it’s a rental, we can submit this on site).
