The City of Palm Springs has specific rules for guests staying in vacation rental properties within its limits. Here’s what you need to know:
-Noise: Keep noise levels down, especially between 10:00 PM and 10:00 AM. No loud music or disturbances outside the rental property. Even noise inside that can be heard outside is not allowed.
-Pool Use: Enjoy the pool, but keep noise levels reasonable to avoid disturbing neighbors.
-Parking: Only one vehicle per bedroom is allowed at the rental. Use driveways and garages first before resorting to street parking, and don’t block driveways or streets.
-Trash: Recycle using the provided blue cart and keep trash out of public view. Trash and recycling will be collected on scheduled days, so don’t leave it on the curb.
-Occupancy: Stick to occupancy limits, especially between 10:00 AM and 10:00 PM.
