Every Rove property is equipped with a fully-stocked kitchen, Nespresso machines, high thread count linens, and Malin & Goetz soaps. Our TVs are powered by Roku, and we provide complimentary access to streaming accounts for Netflix, Hulu + Live TV, and Disney+.

Other Things to Note:
Please kindly note that we have a mandatory $2,000 security deposit fee in place which will only be waived on a case-by-case basis. The security deposit is fully refundable once the property inspection is completed and there are no damages or extra cleaning required. We will always refund your deposit in a timely manner once the property is checked.
Home Truths:
If you want the pool heated during your stay, there is an additional $75/night fee.
Disclaimers:
As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, within the home, or its exterior areas. Violation will result in an odor removal fee ranging from $500 to $1000, in addition to possible eviction.
