LOCATION: The property is just a short 10 minute drive from Miami International airport, a 12 minute drive to downtown and Brickell and just a 20 minute drive to Miami Beach.
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is any time after 4PM and check-out is any time before 11AM. An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about pricing a few days before check in for availability.

PACKAGE HANDLING POLICY: You can order packages to be left at the door. This is a townhome property. There is no front desk or doorman. Package retrieval and lost packages are the guest’s responsibility.
PROVISIONS: We extend a welcome with various essentials for your convenience, such as an ironing set, laundry facilities, a portable crib for the little ones, complimentary WiFi and Smart TVs catering to your favorite streaming platforms like Netflix. On display are toiletries, linens, and towels to enhance your comfort. However, we humbly point out that washcloths or kitchen towels do not form part of our linen service.
