There is a washer and dryer in the condo for your convenience.Stroll down to River Run or to Keystone Lake for ice skating in the winter or paddle boating and outdoor concerts in the summer. Park the car and never get back in until it is time to leave. In the Rockies, the temperature cools off around 8 oclock every night, therefore an AC is not necessary.- This unit is a 2 bedroom plus loft- There is no access to a pool at this property.- Since there is a hot tub in this unit, spa maintenance comes by every week.
