All cleaning crews will be using EPA approved disinfectants, including Prokure V, which is a disinfectant, sanitizer, and virucide that has been approved for and shown to be effective against coronavirus.? Cleaning crews will be opening doors and windows throughout each clean to allow for the air flow and circulation of fresh air into the home.? Our cleaning staff will be tackling and focusing on all highly touched surfaces as part of every departure clean. This includes things such as light switches, doorknobs & handles, tables & dining chairs, countertops, faucets & sinks, phones, TV remotes, etc.? Cleaning crews will be emptying their vacuums at the end of every clean to avoid any cross contamination from one property to another.? Tahoe Property Services also owns a Vapor Clean Pro6 Duo. This is a steam clean/steam vapor machine that uses a combination of heat and high-pressure to create steam, which penetrates surface pores. We will be using this machine at any property where guests have exhibited signs & symptoms of the virus and it will be used in conjunction with an EPA approved disinfectant.The Golden Bear Retreat is a perfect spot for a family vacation, featuring 3 bedrooms, hot tub and family room. Conveniently located in the Golden Bear/Montgomery Estates neighborhood with easy access to all of Tahoe’s amenities.The Golden Bear Retreat is a 10 minute drive to Heavenly Ski Resort, the shops, entertainment and dining at the Heavenly Village and a short drive to the beaches and marinas of Lake Tahoe. Sierra At Tahoe is approximately 30 minutes away depending on road conditions and traffic.This home features upstairs living, as you enter the front door and go upstairs there is a spacious great room accented by a gas fireplace, comfortable seating, kitchen, dining and a sunny deck with a gas bbq. The kitchen is well equipped for creating the family feast. There is a smart TV in the living room.The master bedroom with private en suite bathroom has a king bed, separate shower and Jacuzzi tub.There is a full bath with shower located in the upstairs hallway.The lower level of the home has a cozy family room with a flat screen TV connected to cable with the Spectrum Select package. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a bunk bed that is a twin over a double bed.
