Stroll into the living area complete with big screen TV and a cluster of distinctive leather sofas. Sink down in comfort, gazing out on the deck with porch swing, grill, and table for outdoor meals. Back inside, you find behind the comfy conversation pit is a massive moss rock electric fireplace. Continue to the dining table which seats six. To the right are four barstools for a quick breakfast or a midnight snack. The kitchen is large with long counters and a stainless steel oven/stove, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. Off to the right is the large laundry room with full-size washer and dryer. The two car garage is located off the laundry room. A bonus is the tankless water heater, so showering guests never run out of hot water.The simple but elegantly appointed Master bedroom is down the hallway to the right of the entry on the first floor. The room has a wood/hinge themed King bed. You’ll discover this theme throughout the home. The Master also has a spacious walk-in closet. The bathroom on the first level has a walk in shower, and rich countertops.The staircase leads to the second level where you’ll find a dark leather sofa, flanked by a matching love seat and chair. It’s a fun place to play games or perfect for late night conversations. To the right and left are the second and third bedrooms, each with Queen beds. The bathroom on the second level is a tub/shower combo. The sweetest surprise is on the third level.
