Furnishings, decor, bathrooms, are recently updated.The home is single level with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a new King Bed, private bath and exterior access to the hot tub area. The second bedroom has a queen bed as well as bunk beds. There is a full bathroom in the hall. The living room and each room has a TV and wi-fi streaming BluRay player. The living room has a High Definition TV for watching your favorite sports team.The beds are all made with luxury linens, crisp warm duvets, and new mattresses. Spa soap, shampoo, and a few other small amenities are included to help you ‘get by’ if you forget your own supply. To simplify your packing there is a portable crib and a booster seat that attaches to a chair. A private hot tub and large deck with BBQ and comfortable patio furniture, with umbrella, allow you to relax and enjoy the outdoors. There are 4 adult bikes, as well as a 2-child bike trailer to explore the miles of paved bike trails throughout Sunriver.Rental of our home includes “Unlimited-use” SHARC Passes for 6 guests and this home also has A/C.We allow pets at pet friendly homes only with prior approval and a $15/night/pet, pet fee.
