The villa, recently renovated, is nestled within a 2.5-hectare park, with 1 hectare fenced by an entrance gate. The park boasts various species of flowers and plants, meticulously cared for outdoor spaces, and ancient trees that provide natural shade, creating perfect relaxation areas. The garden, once part of a 17th-century arboretum, features trees over 300 years old, preserving original elements from its rich history. The central tower of Il Padronale, dating back to the 15th century, was initially constructed for the defense of the Tuscan state against neighboring Umbria. In the 1600s, the Tommasi family added two wings to the central tower, making them one of the most historic families in Tuscany. The structure holds evidence of its history, including a 16th-century cellar and tunnel unearthed during renovations, showcasing its cultural significance.
Villa Il Padronale is classified as Grade A in the historical listing, signifying its utmost historical significance. The natural terraces of the villa include a parking lot, family vegetable garden, and an alfresco dining area with a beautiful patio featuring a large dining table, barbecue, and wood oven. The pool area on the second terrace boasts a swimming pool (16×5 meters) open from May 1 to October 31, offering spectacular views over the valley. Final cleaning is also included.

The ground floor comprises the entire living area, including a spacious living room with sofas and an original 16th-century fireplace, a dining room connected to the kitchen through a hallway, a service toilet, and a laundry room. French doors on the ground floor offer picturesque views of the garden and surrounding landscape.
Ascending the stairs leads to the first level, housing the sleeping area with 3 double bedrooms and three private bathrooms (2 with shower and 1 with a bathtub). The final level hosts the fourth bedroom, also with a private bathroom. Each room boasts personality, light, and countryside views, while the modern bathrooms feature travertine tiles.
Villa Il Padronale includes free Wi-Fi connection and air conditioning in the rental price.
