Borgo La Casina comprises two stone farmhouses nestled within an organic farmhouse, meticulously renovated with attention to detail, set in the serene Chianti hills. It’s an ideal spot for a relaxing holiday and serves as a great base for exploring Tuscany, including Chianti, Cortona, Arezzo, and the scenic Lake Trasimeno in Umbria.
The two cottages are surrounded by a vast open space of approximately 20,000 square meters, with a portion fenced by ancient walls safeguarded by Belle Arti. The villa features an outdoor swimming pool (measuring 5×12 meters with a depth ranging from 1.50 meters to 80 centimeters), fenced and equipped with amenities such as an outdoor shower, foot wash basin, sun umbrellas, a wrought iron gazebo, deck chairs, brick barbecue, and outdoor dining furniture.
Both farmhouses are furnished with a blend of rustic furniture and antiques, enhancing their charm and ambiance. Additional services like a cook and domestic help can be arranged (to be requested during booking and paid for on-site). Access to the house involves a 150-meter unpaved private road. Parking for up to 10 cars is available within the property’s uncovered area.
