The second bedroom has a modern water bed and a twin size bed as well. The third bedroom has a full size bed and a twin size bed. There is a guest bathroom located conveniently to the second and third bedroom. All bedrooms have a lake view.
This home is perfect for groups that are wanting to get away from the rowdy crowds as it is in a residential area. You can relax at the lake while still being close to great tubing excursions and other area attractions! We respectfully request no parties at this home. This home can accommodate 10-12 guests. There are beds for 10 guests, however you are welcome to bring an air mattress for 2 additional guests max.
This house is a 10 minute drive to tube the Guadalupe River at Sattler and 15-20 away from Historic Gruene, the famous Gristmill restaurant and Schlitterbahn water park. If you're looking for a good tube outfitter, check out Shanty Tubes which is only about 7 miles from the house!
