Welcome to Hale Kai Buyout!

This is a two-unit buyout with a total of 5 bedrooms, located on the 9th floor of the Beach Tower at the Beach Villas at Ko Olina right on Lagoon 2.

Beachfront Living at its finest! These two Villas are located in the beautiful Ko Olina Resort on the quiet West side of Oahu. The Beach Villas are the newest, and only, beachfront condominiums available on the island in 25 years.

You can get that passion ramped up in the Fitness Center, located on the first floor overlooking the amazing lap pool. It boasts top of the line exercise equipment, a private Pilates room as well as his/hers saunas and steam rooms. The Lap Pool is perfect for an early morning workout or leisurely afternoon nap. The Lagoon Pool provides a safe and fun place for the kids to swim all day and features its own sand bottom that the little ones will love! There are three Jacuzzis to melt into after a day on the Ted Robinson Golf Course located across the street! The amenities don’t end there. The Ko Olina Resort is nothing short of pristine. The four man-made lagoons are connected by a walking path perfect for that romantic sunrise or sunset stroll. The sand is white, the water is clear and your body is relaxed. There are outstanding restaurants within walking distance (Roy’s Restaurant, Chuck’s Steakhouse & Paradise Cove Luau to name a few). There is also a marina offering snorkel/fishing day trips so you have tales to tell when you get home!

Home Truths:
- This buyout consists of two villas which are located a couple of doors away from each other,
- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Please note this building is undergoing exterior painting, and you will not have access to your unit’s Lanai’. The furniture on the Lanai’ will also be removed. This will be effective during the following dates: 6/15/22 – 9/2/22, 6/30/22 – 8/10/22. A discount per night has been reflected for this period. Thank you so much for your understanding.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We’ve enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.

We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud.
