This is a wonderful, large 3 level private condo perfect for a large group or family. The living room, on the second floor, opens out into a great view balcony, has vaulted ceilings, a wood fireplace, a large sectional sofa with a queen sleeper, and TV with DVD player. On the first floor is both of the bedrooms and bathroom. The master bedroom has a King bed, TV, private patio and a private bathroom. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and there is a washer and dryer downstairs as well.The upstairs loft is on the third floor and has 4 Twin beds perfect for the kids and there is a sleeper sofa in the living room. On the second floor there is a full dining room with table and seating for 8, and a bar area outside the kitchen with additional seating for 3. The fully equipped and spacious kitchen has all the amenities.Located in Phase I of Snowcreek and just a short walk to the golf course. All Mammoth Sierra guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. This condo sleeps a maximum of 10 people and comes with 2 outdoor parking spaces. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. There are 4 stairs to the unit, 3 levels inside, and no smoking or pets are permitted.
