Nestling on the hillside with views out over Lake Garda, this first-floor apartment, in a semi-detached house, offers the very best of both worlds. Guests can enjoy easy access to stunning countryside with the delights of Lake Garda just minutes away. The apartment sleeps 4 people and makes a convenient option for a family or friends, at any time of year.

Ideal for outdoor living, the apartment has a spacious private terrace with wonderful views of the lake and the mountains. The terrace is partially shaded and has a dining table as well as a comfortable sofa with armchairs for relaxing al fresco. There are also sun loungers and a BBQ for guests to use.

Double glass doors lead from the terrace into the open-plan living room. This is furnished with a sofa, flat-screen TV, table and chairs and a new, fitted kitchen. This is equipped with an induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and a coffee machine.

Location
The apartment is in the hamlet of Gaino, just 3km from the charming town of Toscolano Maderno. The town’s historic centre is one of the gems of Lake Garda, with winding lanes and tempting shops. The port in Toscolano Maderno is a stop-off point for ferries sailing around the lake. On the water, visitors can swim, fish, canoe, sail, windsurf and dive. Whilst on land, the lakefront is a glorious place to walk at any time of day. Away from the lake, there are hiking and mountain bike routes through scenic countryside, a golf course (4 minutes) and horseriding.

There are many excellent restaurants and cafés nearby, and for self-catering, Toscolano’s weekly market (Thursday morning) provides excellent local produce to cook at home.

Lovers of art and history can visit the famous “Vittoriale degli Italiani” home of Gabriele D’Annunzio in Gardone Riviera and the new Salò museum called "MU SA”.

The nearest airports are Verona Villafranca (1 hour 20-minutes drive) and Milan Bergamo (1 hour and 26 minute drive).
