This property is located in a quiet residential area and the residential noise ordinance from 10 PM to 7 AM must be followed. Reservation will be canceled and guests will be asked to find other accommodations if there are noise complaints by the neighbors and/or the Fort Lauderdale Police Department gets dispatch to the property.

There are multiple parks walking distance through the neighborhood and 2 Fort Lauderdale beaches (Fort Lauderdale Beach & Central Beach) are a short 5 minute drive.
