The driveway is large and has plenty of space for 2 vehicles as well as a boat/trailer. The inside of the property has tile throughout and has been furnished with comfortable options helping you fully relax during your stay! The modern kitchen has plenty of counter space for more than one chef and everything you will need to prepare gourmet meals. The all-new stainless-steel appliances make cooking a breeze. Dining in—- the dining room table has seating for 6 with additional seating around the bar area. The living room offers a large flat screen smart tv and a sectional sofa to watch your favorite shows or movies!Off the back of the house, you have a screened-in lanai that offers additional seating to relax and enjoy a book or your morning cup of coffee. This area does have a smart tv as well. The backyard is a tropical oasis with a large pool (The pool does not have a spa feature) encompassed by an even larger backyard! Take a short drive to the De Soto National Memorial Park to watch the sunset. Desoto Memorial Park offers nature trails along the bay offering stunning views of the famous Skyway Bridge.
